This shoe features a Carbon XC 12 sole with full carbon insert in the pedal area and a stiffness index of 12.0. TPU inserts at strategic points provide high traction and excellent wear resistance. Thanks to the patented XFrame 2® construction, the upper transfers every watt of power and offers a pleasantly snug fit without pressure points. The double SLW3 twist closure optimally distributes pressure between the upper part of the arch and the toe for better adaptability. New, highly abrasion-resistant rubber reinforcements ensure 360° protection over the entire upper. The integrated heel system with directional fiber prevents any slipping. At the same time, the seamless heel construction offers more comfort and a “second skin effect”. More support is gained from the Performance Regular footbed. The redesigned overlap provides a better fit and control on the pedals. The perforated upper offers optimal ventilation.
