Giro Montaro MIPS II – MTB Helmet

An updated classic. The Montaro™ MIPS® II is now equipped with integrated MIPS® safety system in combination with the Roc Loc® 5 Air fitting system. This slim system combines the perfect fit and the MIPS safety system for an extra level of protection against rotational forces without an extra layer of plastic in the helmet.The helmet’s compact shape provides a deep protection zone and a full in-mold hard shell cover provides long-lasting durability at a low weight. The soft Ionic+™ padding provides exceptional sweat absorption and has an antimicrobial effect. The 16 large vents combine with the deep air channels to provide around comfortable ventilation. The Montaro can also be combined with goggles. For this purpose, it has grip zones on the back for the goggle strap and a patented P.O.V. Plus™ visor, with which the visor can be easily lifted and the goggles can be placed on the front of the helmet. An action camera mount with “breakaway” feature is also included.
