Castelli’s Endurance Evolution fabric is high modulus, very matte Lycra® fabric that feels very dry and provides the right amount of compression.At the leg cuff, Castelli uses an open-edged hem with vertical silicone strips to prevent the leg from slipping without causing the dreaded constriction. The straps are stretchy enough that you can pull the shorts down for a pee break without having to peel off your jersey and straps. The loose construction also allows you to cross the straps on the front or back, whichever is more comfortable for you. Good shorts need to have a good seat pad. The KISS Air2 Donna seat pad specifically for women provides comfort without bulk.
